This privacy policy describes how inngeniuspms.com LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our guest messaging integration dashboard and CRM (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

In order to provide our service (such as automated SMS and WhatsApp confirmations, alerts, Google Business review synchronization, and templates), we process the following information on behalf of the registered hotel partner:

Reservation Details: Guest name, phone number, check-in and check-out dates, room type, and room number.
Message Content: Automated alerts, templates, and replies between you and your guests.
Meta Integration Data: Under our Tech Provider model, we store metadata such as your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID and WhatsApp Phone Number ID to facilitate message dispatching via Meta Cloud APIs.
Google API Integration Data: If you connect your Google Business Profile, we access and store location identifiers, business names, guest review details (reviewer name, rating, comment text, and creation time), and review replies posted by you.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the information collected solely to provide, operate, maintain, and secure our hospitality CRM and messaging services, including:

Scheduling and dispatching automated check-in, check-out, and pre-arrival guest notifications.
Logging messaging history for guest dashboard transparency and user replies.
Displaying connected Google Business Profile locations and synchronized guest reviews on your dashboard, and enabling you to post owner responses to Google reviews.
Analyzing system metrics to monitor performance and prevent service abuse.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade guest or hotel customer data. We share information only with third-party service providers essential to fulfilling our messaging and integration services:

Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Cloud API): To deliver your direct WhatsApp messages when enabled.
Twilio, Inc.: To deliver Twilio SMS/WhatsApp messages when direct WhatsApp is not active.
Google LLC: To fetch reviews and publish owner replies via Google Business Profile APIs.

All sharing is strictly restricted to sending message payloads as initiated by the system templates or manually by the hotel staff.

4. Data Retention and Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard reservation, message, and integration data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Guest messages and review records are retained only as long as necessary to populate the guest conversation logs, display CRM dashboards, and fulfill billing audits.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Google Limited Use Disclosure

InnGenius CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
